My name is Vereta, and I am a Certified Health, Nutrition, and Weight-loss Coach. I help individuals build a healthy relationship with food and exercise while making healthy lifestyle changes.
I came into the fields of nutrition and weight loss 100% because of my personal struggles with my weight, food and exercise, throughout my childhood. I was also actively involved in sports, and my weight made me highly inefficient.
My personal weight loss journey led me to explore the healthiest and safest ways of achieving my health and lifestyle goals. Even when I hit the gym and worked as hard as I could, I still struggled because I had no mentor or coach.
So I understand what you’re going through. I understand the struggle to do all you can to achieve your weight and lifestyle goals but achieve little because of the lack of expert guidance. I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to battle with your body, food, and weight day in and day out. I know what it’s like to feel lost and stuck. And I don’t want you to have to go through that.

- An initial 30-minute discovery call to discuss your expectations and goals for the coaching relationship
- You will be asked to fill out a new client form before your first session, in which you will be asked to describe your current dietary habits and health goals.
- Free nutrition guides include with all packages, plus daily macros.
- During your coaching period, you will have access to me for any guidance or questions you may have.
- Each week you will weigh in and we’ll document your progress with photos and measurements.
- In bi-weekly telephone consultations, we will reassess your goals and discuss what steps to take to achieve them.
- Based on how your body responds, your progress is assessed each week.
- The following session will last 30 minutes. Nutrition goals, progress, questions, and needs are considered in every session. Topics may include overcoming plateaus, meal prep, and mindful eating habits. As needed, we will provide PDF handouts, sample meal plans, and recipes.

My desire to use my knowledge and personal experience of combining nutrition and exercise to help others, led me to become a certified health, nutrition, and fitness coach. Now I’m devoted to using my expertise and experiences of overcoming challenges with food, exercise, weight, and lifestyle to help others. I want to empower others with the tools I’ve learned to cultivate a healthy, balanced life that supports looking and feeling your best.
From my own personal experience, I’ve learned that there IS a secret to losing weight. The secret is finding and creating an individualized nutrition, exercise AND mindset plan that works with YOUR life and that directly leads to results. I believe that every individual is unique and requires different nutrition guides, and as your personal fitness and weight loss coach, I am here to help you in many ways. With my knowledge and expertise, I help my clients achieve their fitness goals, and more importantly, they learn how to lead a healthier life long-term, so that they achieve lasting results.
My aim is to help you achieve your weight loss goals by providing the exercise and nutrition expertise you need to get the best possible results so you can forge a happier and healthier life. Most nutrition and weight loss programs FAIL because they only focus on FOOD. I’m here to help you lose weight and create a healthy life that you LOVE…while STILL eating the food you LOVE!
